They couldn't prove it and after asking for evidence, they simply ignored me. I contacted Ignition's support and asked why I cannot withdraw and they said that its because I've 'created multiple accounts', which I haven't done as it was my first time there. I am not that mad, because all I lost was my $20 deposit, but I guess I would've been furious if it were a $1000 deposit.
Well for me it was not a good experience, as I could not withdraw from there.
